Kerri is known as one of the greatest beach volleyball players the world has ever seen. Kerri started playing at the age of 10 years old. Known as 6 Feet of Sunshine, Kerri played at Archbishop Mitty High School before her time at Stanford and with USA Volleyball.

Kerri was a member of the 2000 women’s national team for indoor volleyball, where they took 4th place in Sidney. After the Olympics, Kerri tried beach out for the first time, and the rest is history! Throughout her AVP and FIVB career, Kerri earned numerous MVP, Offensive, Defensive, and team awards. Kerri partnered with Misty May-Treanor to win gold medals at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympics in Beach Volleyball before Misty retired. Kerri then partnered up with April Ross, and they brought home the bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Kerri is the most decorated beach volleyball athlete in the history of the game.
Kerri is a Hall of Fame member at Archbishop Mitty High School, with the city of San Jose, The Bay Area Sports Hall Of Fame, with USA Volleyball and with the USOPC Olympic HOF.
Kerri graduated from Stanford with a degree in American Studies. She lives locally with her husband, two sons and daughter.
